Your data is stored on a dedicated server reserved for TunisieVet and its platform. It is neither resold nor shared with third parties.
A copy of the database is made every night. In case of an incident, your activity can be restored.

The Solo plan is reserved for a veterinarian working alone. The Cabinet plan adds up to 3 collaborators (veterinarians or assistants), with defined roles and activity oversight. The Clinic plan has no limit on users and includes team messaging.
They remain yours. They are hosted on our servers and accessible from all your devices. You can export the cash register, receivables and statistics (CSV) as well as notebooks and invoices (PDF) at any time.
Yes. A single account can manage multiple clinics; you switch between them from the space header, and the schedule, patient list, and cash register follow the current clinic.
A help center is integrated into the space and application. Support is provided by email (Solo), by WhatsApp as a priority (Cabinet), and with dedicated onboarding assistance (Clinic). The website's contact page remains open to everyone.
